Shipping Policy

Processing time is the time it takes us (or our supplier) to prepare your order before it's handed to a carrier. Shipping, or transit, time is how long the order takes to travel to you after that.

These are two separate clocks. An order's total delivery time is roughly processing time plus shipping time — and both can vary by product.

Our ordinary product catalog is fulfilled through a dropshipping model, which means processing and delivery times can vary by product, supplier, and destination.

We're not yet able to promise a single fixed delivery window that applies to every product. Where we can show more specific timing for a product or at checkout, we will — the terms shown at checkout for your specific order are what apply to it.

Pet Memories orders need extra processing time before they ship, because each one goes through design creation, your review and approval of the preview, and then production — production only starts after you approve the design.

Because of this, a Pet Memories order generally takes longer to reach you than an ordinary product, and the exact time depends on design complexity and how quickly a preview is approved. We don't promise a fixed number of days for this process.

Wagly currently ships within the United Arab Emirates and, where available, to select international destinations.

Any shipping rates or promotional thresholds shown elsewhere on our site (including free-shipping offers) may be updated from time to time. The shipping terms shown at checkout at the time you place your order are the ones that apply to it.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or similar fees are generally the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Where tracking information is available for your order, we'll aim to share it with you. Because our ordinary catalog involves multiple suppliers, tracking availability and detail can vary by order.

Factors outside our control — such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or periods of high demand — can occasionally affect delivery timing. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
